- Program published on the official Kimberly‑Clark website, and I created a simple install and startup method so any machine PC could run the parsers safely and consistently.
- Built Python collectors on legacy machine PCs to read locked Excel logs and send structured records over Ethernet into a centralized SQL database.
- Audited three plants with maintenance teams to map equipment states, failure modes, and logging gaps, and to align tags and timestamps across lines.
- Supported online troubleshooting and routine maintenance during rollout, verifying sensor readings and clock synchronization at the machine.
- Designed the SQL pipeline and relational models for downtime, scrap, and production with validation checks and recovery for partial files.
- Delivered live dashboards that gave supervisors visibility across plants and replaced spreadsheet silos.
